Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Purchase

⚠️ All sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, no refunds are possible, except in the limited case described in Section 4 (defective items).

2. Wrong Item, Model, or Size Chosen by Customer

We do not issue refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The customer selected the wrong product

  • The customer selected the wrong model or version

  • The customer selected the wrong size (including clothing, cosplay, or apparel items)

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase

👉 It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review product details, descriptions, and size charts before placing an order.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from this error.

  • Address modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • If it is too late to modify the address, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

4. Defective Items (Only Exception)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the case of a defective item.

However, this exception is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear evidence must be provided, including:

    • photos or videos of the defect

    • a detailed explanation of the issue

  • A verification process will be initiated to assess the claim

⚠️ No refund or replacement request will be accepted if the customer contacts us more than 24 hours after delivery, regardless of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these requirements or if the defect is caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is exceptionally approved after verification:

  • the refund method and timeline will be determined at our discretion

  • shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Refund Policy.
