Such variations do not constitute grounds for refunds or exchanges.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a final and binding agreement.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment completed:

  • the order cannot be modified

  • cancellations are not accepted, except where required by law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order.
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment or banking details.

6. Shipping

Shipping conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

👉 The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Orders affected by incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • personalized items, cosplay products, sale items, and personal-use items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • returns are accepted only in cases of defective products or errors on our part

Any request must be made within the applicable legal timeframe and supported by evidence (photos, description).

8. Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • delivery delays caused by carriers or customs

  • improper use of products

  • indirect or consequential damages related to website use or product use

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
